Groups

Special conditions apply for groups. Promotional codes are not applicable on requests for more than 5 rooms.

Guarantee

Individual reservations are only considered firm if they are accompanied by a valid credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram; or with a full prepayment of the stay before the customer’s arrival.

Non-presentation

In the event of non-attendance, 100% of the booking amount is charged and non-
refundable.

Cancellation and modification

Flexible terms 1

A credit card number is required upon reservation as guarantee.
Free cancellation until 2 days before the arrival date (before 02.00pm).
In case of late cancellation, late modification, no-show or anticipated departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Flexible terms 2

A credit card number is required upon reservation as guarantee.
Free cancellation until 02,00pm on the arrival date.
In case of late cancellation, late modification, no-show or anticipated departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Flexible terms 3

A credit card number is required upon reservation as guarantee.
Free cancellation until 10 days before the arrival date (before 02.00pm).
In case of late cancellation, late modification, no-show or anticipated departure, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Non-refundable terms

Prepayment of the full amount of the stay upon reservation.
As soon as the reservation is made, no modification can be done and the prepayment is non refundable.
This prepayment is not refundable in the event of cancellation, change of dates of stay or no-show.
