Gare du Nord: 16 minutes by bus, Line 65 to Bastille, or 20 minutes by Metro, Line 5 to Bastille.

Place de la Bastille is serviced by three Metro lines: 1, 5 and 8.
By plane
Charles de Gaulle Airport: 51 minutes, RER B to Gare du Nord, then Metro Line 5 to Bastille.
Orly Airport: 51 minutes, OrlyBus to Denfert-Rochereau, then Metro Line 6 to Place d’Italie and Metro Line 5 to Bastille.
